AUTHOR OF 'JINGLE & BEN ' THE NEXT ADVENTURES-FOR 18-54-YEARS
Vasco, as he is known to his friends, has been writing for over twenty years, and is the author of over two dozen books. Chirpy, smart and witty, excessively handsome intelligent, and insightful, he is one a kind, after all, not everyone can be a Vasco.
Born in 1960, to a family from Plymstock who trace their ancestry to ship-wrecked sailors from the Armada, his hatred of Paella, and detesting of straw donkeys wearing of top-hats, meant he left home at an early age to become the youngest journalist for 'The Club and Bugle, ' the underground newspaper of the militant wing of the Salvation Army.
Investigated by the Police for tambourine running, he chose a new career rather than a prison sentence. After serving a few weeks of community service lifting bubble gum with a trowel from the escalators of the Drake shopping center in Guzz, he enrolled in a forward-facing Open University course specializing in writing, publishing, and particle physics. He has never looked back.
His first series of academic books on the viscosity of bedstead-bubble gum during nocturnal hours led him to encounter extra-dimensional beings from another world. However, once he stopped signing on at the job center, these experiences dissipated and his non-academic writing career took off. An expert on spider-hunting, AI, and AYUP for ducks, his vast experience of life and other dimensional portals makes him ably suited to pick up on the Jingle Ben Franchise where our other authors have left-off.
Married to Luciana, or Lucky-Lucy as he calls his wife of 40 years, they have two children and a beloved grandchild who loves country music.
